Savannah and Brooklyn had last night off, and here’s what the rest of the teams on the farm did:


Omaha 9, Las Vegas 5


John Lannan was responsible for 8 runs (5 earned) on 10 hits over 4 innings.  Anthony Seratelli, Matt Reynolds, Bobby Abreu, Kevin Plawecki, and Allan Dykstra all had 2 hits each.  Seratelli and Cesar Puello both doubled.


Binghamton 11, Erie 4


Greg Peavey got his 10th win of the season, giving up 3 runs on 8 hits over 5.1 innings, striking out 5.  Travis Taijeron was 4 for 5 with a double, homer, and 5 RBI’s.  T.J. Rivera was 3 for 5 with a double.  Jayce Boyd was 3 for 4 with a solo homer.  Brandon Nimmo and Dilson Herrera had 1 hit each.


Charlotte 6, St. Lucie 3


Kevin McGowan let up 6 runs on the 1st inning, and while he didn’t give up another run in the next 4 innings, St. Lucie never recovered.  Maikis De La Cruz was 3 for 4 with a double and homer.  L.J. Mazzilli also doubled.  Gavin Cecchini was 0 for 4.


Greeneville 12, Kingsport 3


Yoryi Nuez allowed 5 runs (1 earned) over 1.1 innings.  Nicco Blank threw the next 1.1 innings and gave up 6 more runs.  The K-Mets had just 5 hits, including doubles from Jose Figuera, Zach Mathieu, and Jose Garcia.


GCL Mets 4, GCL Cardinals 3


Kevin Canelon had a nice outing, striking out 6 in 6.2 innings, allowing 2 runs (1 earned).  Dash Winningham was 3 for 5 with a double and 2 RBI’s.  Milton Ramos was 2 for 4 with a double and RBI.
