There wasn’t much the K-Mets offense could do, so a couple key regulars were taken out midway through the game to give them some extra rest down the stretch as Kingsport remains just a game behind Elizabethton for the final playoff spot in the Appalachian League West Division.GCL Mets 4, GCL Marlins 2The Mets got solid pitching from 4 different youngsters to lead them to victory, although they have already been eliminated from playoff contention.
