A slightly abbreviated night on the farm, as the GCL was rained out and Las Vegas is traveling back home after their Tennessee road trip.  But let’s see what we can find: Altoona 5, Binghamton 4Erik Goeddel let up 3 unearned runs in 6 innings, but took the loss.  He allowed 3 hits and 3 walks, striking out 5.  Wilfredo Tovar hit 2 homers (not a typo) and Cory Vaughn also homered, continuing his tear since returning to Binghamton.  Travis d’Arnaud was 1 for 3 with a triple. Bradenton 8, St. Lucie 5Domingo Tapia had another brief outing, allowing 7 runs on 4 hits and 4 walks in 1.1 innings.  T.J. Rivera and Gilbert Gomez each had 2 hits, including a double. Charleston 9, Savannah 7Marcos Camarena let up 6 runs in 5 innings, but left with a chance to win.  Tyler Vanderheiden gave up 3 runs in his 1 inning of work and took the loss.  Brandon Nimmo was 3 for 5 with a double and 2 RBI’s.  Maikis De La Cruz, Cole Frenzel, and Jeff Reynolds also doubled. Brooklyn 4, Connecticut 3Robert Gsellman threw 5 innings, allowing 2 runs on 4 hits, walking 2 and striking out 4.  David Wynn allowed 1 unearned run in 2.2 innings of relief.  Jonathan Clark and Tomas Nido had 2 hits each.  Nido, James Roche, and Patrick Biondi all had doubles. Kingsport 7, Pulaski 4Yoan Gonzalez struck out 7 and allowed just 2 unearned runs in 6 innings of work.  Luis Rengel struck out 5 in 2 innings, allowing 2 runs.  Robert Coles notched his 5th save of the season.  Jeyckol De Leon, Jeff Diehl, and Amed Rosario had 2 hits each.  Rosario drove in 2 runs.  Diehl doubled twice.  Jonathan Leroux and Pedro Perez each homered.
