There were mostly quality pitching performances on the farm last night, but not all of them led to wins.  Let’s take a look:

Las Vegas 9, Albuquerque 6

John Lannan had another poor outing, giving up 4 runs on 9 hits over 4 innings.  But John Church, Chase Bradford, and Gonzalez Germen all threw scoreless innings.  Allan Dykstra was 3 for 4 with a double and triple.  Both Andrew Brown and Josh Satin homered.

Harrisburg 2, Binghamton 1

Gabriel Ynoa took the tough-luck loss, allowing 2 runs on 4 hits over 6 innings, walking 1 and striking out 2.  T.J. Rivera, Dustin Lawley, Jayce Boyd, and Kyle Johnson both doubled.  Brandon Nimmo and Dilson Herrera were both MIA.

Fort Myers 4, St. Lucie 0

Kevin McGowan let up just 1 run over 6.2 innings, striking out 5, but took the loss after getting little support elsewhere.  Jeff McNeil and Gavin Cecchini had 2 hits each.

Brooklyn 4, Mahoning Valley 2

Corey Oswalt let up 2 runs (1 earned) over 6 innings, walking 3 and striking out 3.  Cameron Griffin, Kelley Secrest and Shane Bay all threw a scoreless inning in relief.  Adrian Abreu and Jeff Diehl both had 2 hits.  Michael Conforto was 1 for 4.  Amed Rosario was 0 for 5.

Kingsport 16, Bristol 10

The pitching in this one wasn’t pretty, but there was plenty of hitting.  Luis Guillorme was 5 for 6 with 3 doubles.  Jean Rodriguez, Oswald Caraballo, and Eudor Garcia all had 3 hits, with Garcia going yard and driving in 3 runs.  Ivan Wilson hit a grand slam.

GCL Cardinals 3, GCL Mets 2

Adrian Almeida threw 5 shutout innings, allowing 1 hit and 2 walks, striking out 5, although the bullpen wasn’t quite as effective.  Milton Ramos and Enmanuel Zabala had 2 hits each.
