Feel the destructive power of TrentAustralian rookie outfielder Trent Oeltjen had 4 hits, including a double and a triple, scored 2 runs and played sound defense to help lead the Arizona Diamondbacks to a 6-2 victory over the New York Mets.Oeltjen immobilized the Mets, Klaus and Gerd must be proudOeltjen's game started off meekly enough.   After Stephen Drew led off the bottom of the 1st with a ground rule double, Oeltjen sacrificed him to 3rd base.   Drew scored on a dubious Alex Cora error and it was 1-0 Arizona.   The feelgood moment of the game for Mets fans came in the top of the 2nd when Jeff Francoeur led off with his 10th home run tying the score at 1-1.   But that was as good as it got.Trent took the Mets on a tour of Total Drama IslandOeltjen led off the 3rd inning with a single.   Last night's Met killer Miguel Montero drove Oeltjen home (in a Mitsubishi Montero) with a single.   Alex Romero had a 2-run single and Arizona took a 4-1 lead.   The Mets scored their final run of the game in the 4th when Cora singled in Fernando Tatis to make it 4-2 Arizona.Trent showed off his superpowersWith 1 out in the bottom of the 4th Oeltjen hit a triple and scored on a Gerardo Parra sacrifice fly to make it 5-2 D'Backs.   That would be Met starter and loser Livan Hernandez' last inning of work.   In the 7th Ryan Roberts doubled in Montero to make it 6-2 Arizona.Trent shows Met fans the way to despairNeeding a home run for the cycle, Oeltjen came up in the 8th but took pity on the hapless Mets and so simply singled to complete his 4 for 4 night.Please visit yahoo.com for the box score.
