It was great to see a healthy Jonathan Niese trotting out to the mound yesterday. But is was simply awesome seeing him shutdown the Florida Marlins in seven innings , earning his second win of the season. David Wright collected his 150th homerunof his career and his r.b.i in the fifth inning propelledhim past the 600 milestone ! That coupled with Ike Davis' first 4-4 game and a en fuego Jeff Francouer has put the Mets in sole possession of third place, only four games back of the Atlanta Braves.I was happy to see the Mets put a end to Ollie gate for the time being by relegating him to the Disabled list, but what happens when he and John Maine are due to come back? Can Jerry and Omar justify bringing two of their most under-performing pitcher back to a rotation that seems to be gelling ? I hope against hope that by the trade deadline that the Mets can secure a front-linestarter - which would give them bullpen depth if they put Dickey there, leaving Takachop in the rotation. I wonder if the Mets would be bold enough to release Maine ( he doesn't make that much money) and dling Ollie for the rest of the season . Is it possible that Mo ( Maine and Ollie) can get their mojo back ? It is plausible But is it worth the risk of possibly killing a chance of a playoff berth in what is one of the toughest divisions in baseball? Note to Omar this isn't a difficult decision - go with what your eyes tell you not what the money that these two guys are owed!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 " Welcome Back Jonathan !!"
