I listened to every inning, right down to Wright’s catch to end the game and although I have not gotten tired of winning nor beating the Yankees, the question I’m asking myself is….is it a tall order to expect the Mets to sweep the Yankees? Am I being greedy? I love for the Mets to …

For the next three days, I’m pulling for the Yankees
That’s right, I’m leasing my soul, temporarily that is, to the New York Yankees. It just goes to show you just how much I hate the Phillies.  I hate Interleague play.  I don’t like the fact that the schedule is always unbalanced and this is a prime example. While the Mets play the Yankees six …

Do you want to see Maine and Perez in the Rotation anymore? Because I don’t.
All right, I’m going out on a limb here even before John Maine comes off the DL. I really don’t want to see him anymore, not as a starter and not in the bull pen. And Oliver Perez, the only way I want to see Perez is if he’s a beer vendor in the Upper Deck. …

You want Oliver Perez to accept an Assignment…just ask him, and ask him, and ask him
Oliver Perez is not going anywhere, he said so himself. So if the Mets want to get rid of Perez, or simple get him out of the way, they are going to have to resort to another strategy. And I’ve got it. They have to ask him……..everyday. That’s right, I want the Mets to ask …

The Sunday Question
Today’s Question has to do with the Road Record of the New York Mets. Do you think it is a major problem that the Mets (so far) have problems winning on the road or do you think the Mets will eventually work this out. Why or why not?
