where would you rather go
1. A place where the weather is always nice and u get more money
2. a place where u get less money, and it's nothing compared to LA
like my little bro said, u don't sign the contract, u aint on the team, they need to shut up and move on
But the Braves were under the impression that it was AGREED UPON!! They are saying that the Furcal camp ACCEPTED their terms. If he didn't than that is fine go sign with the Dodgers. But if his agent told the Braves that he accepted it and then went and did something else than that is not right.
I guess we will never really know, if he did accept then went to the Dodgers, that is bad.
If he never accepted but was considering it he did nothing wrong.
We will never really know though
your right we will never know. But that was really the basis of my argument. Whatever actually happened the Braves THOUGHT he agreed to the deal....that is why they are upset.
on ESPN Furcal said that he never accepted the deal
I understand what HE said. Obviously he didn't sign the deal. I am FINE with that. BUT somehow the Braves were under the impression that he did. Whether that was because of something his agent said or not they were confused.
My argument was NEVER based on whether or not Furcal ACTUALLY signed anything. My argument was if the team was UNDER THE IMPRESSION that they had an agreement then they have EVERY RIGHT to be upset.
